Palisade Corporate is delighted to commence the new year by announcing the appointment of Ben Moore as a Director with effect on, and from, 1 January 2026.

Ben has rapidly progressed at Palisade Corporate from a Graduate in 2018, to Solicitor in 2019 and, following various promotions, to Director in 2026. Ben’s rise through the ranks exemplifies Palisade Corporate’s focus on developing and supporting its staff and promoting from within.

Ben has built a reputation for delivering high quality strategic and commercial advice to clients and prides himself on his ability to find logical solutions to complex legal issues. He specialises in corporate, commercial and securities law and his expertise includes primary and secondary capital raisings (including IPO’s RTO’s and off-market takeovers), mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring and governance.
