Adam is the Founding Director of Palisade Corporate (formerly Price Sierakowski Corporate). Adam has over 21 years experience in legal practice, much of which he has spent as a corporate lawyer consulting and advising on a range of transactions to a variety of large private and listed public entities. He has expertise in a variety of sectors including resources, technology, energy, biotech, agri/aquaculture, industrial, telecommunications and financial services, providing legal advice to and guiding many companies undertaking IPO, RTO, fundraising and M&A activities in Australia and overseas.

Ben is a Director of Palisade Corporate and has over seven years’ experience after being admitted to practice in 2019. Ben has rapidly progressed at Palisade Corporate from a Law Clerk and Graduate in 2018, to Solicitor in 2019 and, following various promotions, to Directorship in January 2026. Ben’s rise through the ranks exemplifies Palisade Corporate’s focus on developing and supporting its staff and promoting from within.

Ben has built a reputation for delivering high quality strategic and commercial advice to clients and prides himself on his ability to find logical solutions to complex legal issues. He specialises in corporate, commercial and securities law and his expertise includes primary and secondary capital raisings (including IPO’s RTO’s and off-market takeovers), mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring and governance.

Will joined Palisade Corporate as a Vacation Clerk in October 2023 before returning as a Paralegal in February 2024.  Will was admitted to practice in September 2025.

Will has provided assistance with a range of corporate and commercial matters, including capital raisings, asset and share sales and acquisitions, due diligence investigations, corporate governance and leasing and property transactions.

Brett is a Director of Palisade Corporate and was admitted to practice in 2006, joining Palisade Corporate (formerly Price Sierakowski Corporate) in 2012.
 

Brett practices in a wide range of areas in commercial and corporate litigation, and regularly provides legal advice in relation to contractual disputes and interpretation, complex and standard debt recovery (acting for commercial clients, local government bodies and insurance companies), insolvency, Local Government actions, mining law, compliance with trade practices legislation and Corporations Act actions. He has acted for several Australian listed companies, and has experience in all courts, including the Warden’s Court, the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Federal Court and the High Court.
 

Brett also provides our clients with legal advice on various compliance issues such as ASIC investigations and Board requisitions, and at all times focuses on providing clients with commercially sensible results

Luke joined Palisade Corporate in  2022  and was admitted to practice in December 2023.

Luke has assisted our clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including providing advice on capital raisings (including initial public offers, placements and rights issues), mergers and acquisitions (including tenement, asset and share sales/acquisitions), due diligence investigations, corporate governance and regulatory matters.

Mel joined Palisade Corporate (formerly Price Sierakowski Corporate) in October 2015.  Mel has over 25 years experience in practice management and legal revenue, both in Australia and overseas.  She manages the office, along with all IT, HR, Trust Accounting  and financial aspects of the firm.

Connor joined Palisade Corporate (formerly Price Sierakowski Corporate) as a graduate in July 2012 and was admitted to practice 4 months later. In addition to his time at Palisade Corporate, Connor has also obtained unique international experience having worked in London as in-house counsel for a major hospitality company and at a leading magic circle firm.
 

Connor has extensive experience in corporate and commercial legal matters and primarily provides legal advice to Australian and international clients on mergers and acquisitions (including private and public share or asset sales), capital raisings (including IPOs, reverse takeovers and secondary raisings), regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
 

Connor has particular experience in the energy and resources, manufacturing, agribusiness/aquaculture and technology sectors, providing legal advice to individuals and both private and public companies. Connor is commercially driven and seeks to build strong relationships with clients and other professional advisors to obtain the best possible outcomes.

 Gianni joined Palisade Corporate in  2025 as a Solicitor and was admitted to practice in October 2024.  

             
Gianni practices in commercial and corporate litigation. Gianni regularly provides legal advice in relation to shareholder and board disputes, contractual interpretation, mining law, debt recovery, and insolvency. He also advises on compliance matters including ASIC investigations.

Gianni also has experience in international law, with a particular focus on international sanctions compliance and government litigation.
