Palisade Corporate is pleased to have advised Ceretas Limited (ASX: CTS) on its oversubscribed $8 million (before costs) initial public offering and successful listing on the ASX.
CTS is an Australian medical technology company developing a portable, non-invasive therapeutic ultrasound platform for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative conditions.
The CTS platform originates from more than a decade of research at The University of Queensland’s ‘Queensland Brain Institute’ and delivers low-intensity focused ultrasound non-invasively through the skull, acting on the brain via two distinct mechanisms, being neuromodulation (targeting of neural circuits involved in memory, cognition and the behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia) and blood-brain barrier opening (which may support clearance of disease-associated proteins and improve delivery of therapeutic agents).
Our team was led by Connor Graham (Director, Corporate) and supported by William Brehaut (Solicitor, Corporate), Benjamin Moore (Director, Corporate) and Ryan Marley (Solicitor, Corporate). It was a pleasure to work with CTS and all of the advisers involved with this transaction.
Congratulations to the founders of CTS, Rachel de las Heras, Sam Wetzler and Ryan Laws and the CTS Board on achieving this significant milestone! We look forward to continuing to work with the company and its advisors on this innovative technology operation.
